Important: DOVA acts as a marketplace platform connecting service providers with customers. Service quality, performance, and delivery are the sole responsibility of the service provider. Customer reviews and ratings reflect the individual provider's performance, not DOVA's services.

Commission Agreement: I agree to pay DOVA a 6% commission on all completed services booked through the platform. This commission will be automatically deducted from my service payments before disbursement. I understand there are no upfront costs, optional monthly fees, or hidden charges - I only pay when I earn from completed services.

Immediate Payment Processing for Services: I understand that service payments are processed immediately upon booking confirmation, before services are rendered. DOVA will automatically deduct the 6% commission plus applicable payment processing fees (approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) from customer payments. I will receive the remaining amount immediately to ensure I have funds available to provide the requested services.

Liability Waiver: I acknowledge that DOVA acts as a marketplace platform only and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided. I assume full responsibility for my services and will maintain appropriate insurance coverage. Any service-related issues, complaints, or disputes reflect solely on my business, not on DOVA.

Indemnification Agreement: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless DOVA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from my services or conduct on the platform. I understand that customer reviews and ratings are submitted directly by users and reflect my service performance, not DOVA's responsibility.

Background Check Consent: I consent to background checks and verification of my credentials as deemed necessary by DOVA for platform safety and security.

Terms of Service: I have read and agree to DOVA's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Service Provider Agreement.
